We’ll develop a yoga program based on your training and race goals and pair it with your current training schedule. Following an assessment, you will get series of customized poses that complement your sport to help prevent injury, maintain flexibility, release trouble areas and rehab from injuries and problem spots.

Goal Setting for Endurance Athletes

We will work together to develop your personal mission that supplements your current race goals. Based on this information, we will tease out long and short term goals that will lead you towards success. Subsequent sessions will include evaluation of progress, identification of any barriers and implementation of strategies that support your goals.

Pricing: $75 for 60 minutes | $525 for 6 Sessions

Run or Multisport (Triathlon) Coaching

Initial assessment will include current state of fitness, racing history and confidence/comfort in endurance running or triathlon. Based on your goals, a customized training plan will be developed and shared on a weekly basis. Subsequent sessions will include evaluation of progress, identification of any barriers and implementation of strategies that support your goals.

Pricing: $55 for Initial Assessment | $85/month for Single Sport | $110/month for Triathlon
