Yoga for Athletes & Sports Teams | Mental Conditioning for Teams with Coach Christina

Coach Christina will work with you to understand the needs of you, the athlete, or the team to develop programming that will complement the sport to help prevent injury, maintain flexibility, release trouble areas, and rehab from injuries/problem spots.

Programming can be offered in number of formats: in-person, virtually, or a hybrid approach.

Programs can include personalized education, practice, and reference materials.
