Jonathan Zsigovits
Endurance & Triathlon Coach

Jonathan Zsigovits began his endurance journey in 2013 with a simple commitment to fitness—one that evolved into marathons, cycling, open-water swimming, and triathlon. What started as a personal transformation became a deep pursuit of coaching education and performance science.
Jonathan has been actively coaching since 2015, specializing in the time-starved athlete. He designs individualized, data-driven training plans that fit real life—careers, families, and competing priorities—without sacrificing results.
His coaching philosophy blends testing-based training, metabolic insight, and a holistic view of the athlete. Training is continually adjusted based on performance data, recovery, lifestyle stress, and sustainability. The goal isn’t just race-day success, but durable fitness and consistent progress over time.
Jonathan’s athletes value:
- Efficient, intentional training
- Testing- and data-informed decisions
- Clear communication and feedback
- Long-term consistency over short-term burnout
